SHIPPING POLICY

Company does not permit Users to use the Services on the Platform without prior registration.

Users may access the web by registering to create an account.

The Services on the Platform shall be availed by User who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are at least eighteen (18) years old.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the User’s account and/or deny access to the Platform if it is brought to the Company’s notice or if it is discovered that the User does not meet the conditions herein.

Users accessing or using the Platform represent and warrant that they have the right to access or use the Platform.

The Users are required to enter a valid phone number while registering on Platform.

By such registration, User consents to be contacted by Company via phone calls, SMS notifications, instant messages etc.

It is the responsibility of the Users to provide correct mobile number so that the Company can communicate with the Users via SMS and calls.

The Users understand and agree that if the Company sends an SMS and call, but the Users do not receive it because the Users’ mobile number is incorrect or out of data or blocked by the User's service provider, or the Users are otherwise unable to receive SMS and call, the Company shall be deemed to have provided the communication to the Users effectively.

It is the User’s responsibility to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

The web allows Users to place orders for the products listed by company on Web and the web, subject to Agreement herein, facilitates the placement of orders for the products by the Users.

On receipt of an order from a User, Company shall send call or* msg, a confirmation of such order to company and the User concerned.

Further, the Company may inform the User about the availability or unavailability of the order as informed by company concerned, from time to time.

Confirmation of the order by company shall be treated as final.

The Company also reserves the right to withhold benefits such as COD payments, right to claim refunds from time to time at its sole discretion owing to internal reasons or external factors.

We have tied up with multiple Logistics Partners who pick up the product from your location and deliver it straight to the customer.

With such low delivery charges, you can receive orders from all over India or out of India and focus more on selling your products online than handling the stress of shipping and logistics all by yourself.

The orders must be shipped within 6-7 days from the date of receiving the order within the agreed time provided by you.

Return Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, no return, refund or exchange is possible. If you wish to return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return the product/s in its original packing along with a remark within 10 days of delivery. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then you may be requested to ship such products through any available courier service. All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and be unopened, in saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on opened or used products. Your request will be processed within three to four weeks from the day you return the damaged package or an item that is not as per your original order. You will be contacted once your return is complete. we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against the various acceptable conditions, If the payment for order was done from your side then a refund/return for such payment will be processed to your original payment method.

Replacement of products

If we have delivered the wrong product, then it will be the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 5 business days, either by sending us an e-mail or by contacting our customer care service department (the details of which are provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website). Please return the products in its original packing along with a remark within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the courier expense will be borne by us and after confirmation the original product will be dispatched within 6-7 business days.

Cancellation

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, however, item cancellations and quantity changes may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without any liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or payment or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Cancellation of Order

At our website, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and you will be informed accordingly. The refund can take around 10 business days depending on the individual bank policies.

Policies related to returns/exchanges, penalties, refunds, cancellation will be updated in the Application from time to time. The Company holds the right to change these policies as required in the Application without any permission from the Users.
